You might eventually want madden stylized because as the graphics improve, you'll find that the models look more and more off. There are some inherant problems in rendering people, especially in fast moving sports. The animations and motion will always be off and way off. This is, in part, due to the fact that athletes prepare to move before they actually do move. So once they finally make the move (as you see it), they've already been moving for a while. That's why it is hard to tackle a man in the open field. You are reacting to a move they're already doing. The game can't do this unless they want to introduce lag into the control scheme. Even if they could solve this issue, there are a variety of other problems as well in terms of reproducing human movement. Right now, they're not even close. Getting higher quality textures is a given. Rendering more details is a given. Reproducing human movements is not.

QFT. Games with sytlized visuals tend to have better character animations. Look at Shadow of the Colossus. The way the main character moves in that game is not only fluid, but also borderline realistic.
