If the DLC was actually the rumored zombie DLC, then I might agree. A dead rising in the world of GTAIV would be first of it's kind and could be outstanding.
The one big thing against the DLC seems that it's more of the same. What percent of 360 owners 100% the game (or at least the main story) and still own a copy? I don't think it's that high. I'm not sure a lot of the people who just bought GTA to screw around are gonna buy the DLC.
Crackdowns DLC was really successful, but that was just more stuff to screw around with.
