Warhawk isn't sold at retail in a majority of regions anymore.  GT5-P is.

 

Warhawk isn't doing well in downloads compared to retail, it is just that there is only download and no retail for most PS3 owners.

I still think there's an offshot that the Warhawk entry is a culmination of Warhawk downloads and all expansion downloads together.
