I would recommend two things for you at this point. Post at a dedicated help site like majorgeeks.com or start PMing someone who knows a lot about computers.
The reason I say this is that you will get a lot of varying and confusing advice here from about 20 different people. The first poster saying you need to wipe/reload windows is a good example of that.
