I agree, get linux. I haven't switched completely yet, my comp has both win2k and Fedora on it but i cant use fedora because it was installed on a widescreen and my monitor is a regular 17". Anyways my old ME crashed all the time until it stopped working completely, i mean if i loaded a CD for some reason the CD-Rom drive in my old comp didn't work and id get the BSOD. If the internet crashed id get the BSOD. if i- turned the computer on after not turning it off right i got BSOD.
Also my dad did computer work at my school and the old Windows server crashed every week, he switched it to linux and it never crashes.
And openoffice is just as good as Microsoft office. In fact didn't they screw up the new word by getting rid of the file button?
