YEs I actually tried a touch today and realized it was basically a Wii/DS/PSP in one, for the amazing price of a PSP.
I was playing some shooter but I couldn't get into having to hold the whole machine a certain way to look around. The concept was cool but the software didn't do it in an intuitive way but not exactly counter intuitive.
I was intending on picking one up for traveling music purposes but I'm not in any rush. I realized though that I didn't need a plan to purchase it which makes things so much better. It's not easy going through live in a way that you only pay for things once and that's it.
