Hm. I guess the biggest 'holy shit' moment for me was the first time I met one of these nasty zombies in Ocarina of Time. I've been checking a grave and found that wierd, brownish, sitting something there. When it suddenly stood up and made that eerie scream and the screen literally froze - I almost pissed my tiny pants :o
