IGN has a tendency of shooting down Wii graphics scores simply because it lacks HD. The scores are not based on the system's capabilities, but the relative capabilities of the other systems. You see it time and time again. You may argue whether that is fair or not, but if you say it is fair, then these comparisons mean nothing.
And The percentage statistic really means nothing. The best selling console is going to have more games, and a larger percentage of those games will be crap. The raw numbers are the only ones you should pay attention to.
