Shame. But really they did themselves no favours with Haze. They should have put out a next gen timesplitters first then tried a new IP with that cushion.
The bigger shame is they treated their staff so well, paying overtime which few developers do apparently - I never like to see a company that actually looks after its staff go under.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
