I work with muslim collegues only and surprisingly, they celebrate christmas aswell. They've set up the trees and visit family, do the eating etc. Presents are also given (but in their culture that goes a year round) so it may differ in parts of the world but a lot of muslims living in the west are starting to adopt the festival though with their own twist.
Hell, they could even make it about Jesus if they wanted... Jesus is a profit for muslims aswell.
