@ Max - yeah Famitsu only use full points.
EDIT: You have to admit though a communication problem for an online game is a big down fall so i can see why they would mark it down like that. Imagine if a FPS game didnt have the ability to use voice chat and only keyboard chat. That would make it drop huge points regardless of how good the game actually is.
