I guess it's possible given how few copies the PS3 version sold and how Sega would want more money. Since it is Sega and not Sony, we can just cross our fingers and hope. Of course if it doesn't sell to well on the 360, then it's clear Sega can't make money if it doesn't star the blue hedgehog.
