CrazzyMan said: Low chance, the main sales of game were in Japan, and in Japan: Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 PS3 175k And THAT was simultaneous release.Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 360 9.2k Not to mention, that VC(srpg) outsold EA(jrpg), ES(jrpg) and sold practically on pair with ToV and TLR. =) There is low chance for a good sales on x360 after more than 1 year. With the 360 failing to make any headway in Japan (where the majority of the game’s sales are likely to come from), it’s highly unlikely that Microsoft fans will ever get to see Valkyria on their machine. Hah. =) |
VC outsold ES and EA on PS3 too....Your point?
And it didn't sell 'on par' with ToV or TLR:
1 | Blue Dragon
Microsoft
RPG | 07/12/2006 | 82.286 | 40,39% | 203.740 |
2 | Tales of Vesperia
Bandai Namco
RPG | 07/08/2008 | 101.272 | 65,14% | 155.477 |
6 | The Last Remnant
Square-Enix
RPG | 20/11/2008 | 102.107 | 100% | 102.107 |
14 | Valkyria Chronicles
Sega SCE |
SRPG | 24/04/2008 | 77.694 | 59,84% | 129.835 |
ToV sold 25,000+ more units in JP as well as doing better in NA. TLR did as well, Blue Dragon did as well. Which is amazing given the massive install base of the PS3 vs. the X360 in Japan.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
