All of the covers that you linked to are the US versions of the games, not the JP covers. This is what the JP covers of IU and ToV look like: http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b258/smbu2000/misc/CIMG2430.jpg

The IU cover has the "logo", while ToV does not have the "logo". I don't know about TLR since I don't have that game.
