He was telling the truth for a change.

 

His company, ESP, is 3rd party. There are currently in a 3 game agreement with Sony, but after that, they can develop for whoever they want.

Also, like all Jaffe related posts, someone is bound to come in and start bitching about what he said, so i'll post his blog so that they can tell him directly instead of posting it here.
