Uncharted 2 looks awsome, but its not realtime. So Id have to go with Heavy Rain, though the game play looks sort of lame. When it comes down to it I put game play before graphics, as long as the visuals are not too lacking. Halo 3 is a good example of this. Whereas Assassins Creed is the opposite. Incredible graphics but repetitive, and often boring game play.
And what about Alan Wake? That game should also be up here if we are discussing the next wave of visually impressive games.
