Did you forget about the whole 2005 KZ2 CG controversy. The point of saying it is in-game is because that is what it will pretty much look like in-game. This compared to a CG trailer which only shows what the developer is aiming for, or in most cases, not even that.
I am sure Busta Rhymes was just reading a script anyway, from the looks of it, for the first time.
