I use avast! and I'm very satisfied with it, free and efficient, but I don't know if it's "not processor intensive" enough, as of now, with all services turned on, it's using 80MB of RAM, but, then again, I have 2GB, so I don't need it to economize, maybe that's the reason. In my slower PC (512 MB of RAM) it runs fine too.
