I own everything except a PSP (though I have access to one). My favorite console changes with the games that I play. In terms of which I've had the most fun with, I would rate them like this:
DS > Wii = 360 > PS3
A rating system like that is very shallow though, since I don't count all the hours of playtime on my PS3 from PS1/2 games. What I will say, is that I've owned my PS3 for six months more than my 360, and yet I own double the amount of 360 games than PS3 games. Interpret that how you will.
