Its unlikely, but there is a *chance* it could happen. It would be very amusing if it did ;)
PS - Nintendo won't be buying/owning Sega anytime soon - remember that they are now partnered up with 'Sammy'.
I don't think that ths game will do well at all. Anything involving 20 or even 10 different sports is going to be pulling itself in so many directions that the game play is going to be horrible.
