Well, he did make one good point....the rest seemed more like pointless whining.

Wait time on minigames: I seriously didn't think they'd leave it like that. That's going so far with the realism to the point where it kills the fun. It's stuff like this that make it really look like an attempt at second life.

A quote from Greenberg comes to mind: "What Home to me feels like is Second Life for hardcore gamers"

The irony is that "hardcore" gamers arn't interested in Home. They'll too busy playing actual games, not the ones found in Home.

I've said somethin like this a few times before: Home has great communication features, but the big issue is that they're in Home, not on the XMB. Everytime I play CoD5, my friends and I usually have some problems trying to get invites to work. We usually call eachother to see what's up. It shouldn't be like that. Why can't all 3 of us chat at the same time? Why do I need to exit the damn game just to have a voice chat with 1 person if were not in the same lobby?

Home doesn't encance the overall experience of the PS3/PSN itself. Like someone said, it's basically it's own seperate application.

XBL is different - once you login, you're already seeing and using the improved XBL. When you connect to the PSN, it feels the same. The options and communication features are lacking. It feels kinda old, abit outdated. Lifeless compared to XBL where your avatars actually make frequent appearances, rather than Home's avatar being only in Home.

Does Home have potential? Yes, it has massive potential. I think it's safe to say that I personally won't be able to enjoy it much though. I prefer all the important features on the XMB, and to be useable while I'm actually playing games, instead of wandering around in Home. Yeah it's still in beta, but we can sorta see where they're going with it. I can easily see why many are excited, and I'm still curious about the future updates, though it could be a long time before these big updates arrive.

Honestly, I'd take XBL and the Dashboard over this.
