To get more used to talking to people, I recomend going some place you rarely go but know people and get to know thema bit better by starting to go more regularly. Then start talking to lots of people there are the time. It works better if you don't care about them, becuase you are just practicing on them and if they are not receptive it won't matter. I don't recomend dating someone just for practice, but its easier to date soomeone you think is nice rather than someone you have a crush on.
