I found them good and fun, and the second one really challenging.

 

I didn't even know games like that existed. As far as I know, TMNT good games ended with TiT.

 Well, I didn't played the last console versions from Konami (GC, PS2, Xbox), so I don't know how good or bad those games were. I really don't think they were bad, I'm sure they were fun to play and more with 4 multiplayer in it. But probably many people didn't like them because there was nothing new to the formula. I remember the Gamecube review, saying the combat was repetitive and stuff like that... but that was the same on the previous games?!

I really like the Gameboy and DS games. The first one is a classic action game. The second one is different, is less action and more adventure (you have to search crystals). It feels slower and takes some time to get used to it, but was fun and different to other TMNT.
