Look, GTA3 was ground breaking when it came out. First huge, sandbox game, cars, violence, story, etc. The challenge for GTA4 is to add new gameplay to the same formula. Im sure the more intense and realistic graphics will suck people in - but it does stand a chance of "just being the same game". It all comes down to what Rockstar are aiming for with this. BTW - there is another title coming, which has had NO press recently. Sony's "Getaway" - seen some screenshots, and I think its attempting to do almost exactly the same thing. Going to be interesting to see how they compare (I *hated* the first Getaway - after all its hype :P) - esp. in terms of a cross-platform game vrs a PS3 dedicated title.
