I haden't thought about that. I had always been given the impression lair and HS were is development long enough to be truly complete. But i guess Lair was delayed, so maybe they are rushing them.
In any case, this supports what i was saying in another thread started by Kber. This game looks really beautiful, but there are many indications that the gameplay will be lacking. I certainly dont think it will be poor, but i honestly cant see it being called anything more than average to solid. I still think it will sell like crazy (comparitively), because it seems to be ps3's flagship this yr (except perhaps R & C), and ps3 owners have little in the way of big titles until march 2008
