I assure you that I am not the one you want to get into a theological debate on morality with.  Not only because I am not "religious" per se, but because I am an ardent student of theology.  I can even give you the Hebrew version, and then translate it for you should you wish for me to do so.  If we want to bend this debate towards the Biblical route, I assure you that there is plenty within the Judeo-Christian Bible that does defend the fetus and the individuals right to life.

Therefore, considering it would be counter-productive for either you or I to bring the discussion into the realm of the Bible, I don't see why it is neccesary.  Playing the devil's advocate, even if I were able to convince you that the Bible does not support the foundation of abortion, it wouldn't change how you think, because you do not believe in the Bible.  Similarly, a Muslim cannot convince me that Mohammed is Allah's prophet, because I do not believe in the framework of the Koran as a moral compass, hence such a discussion would be fruitless.

So I think we can therefore agree that turning this discussion into a Biblical discussion is irrelevant and hence a waste of both yours and my own time.
