They go to the store and buy the game they saw that was on that "Wii would like to play" Commercial before they buy any of that Ubisoft stuff. Seriously, Nintendo's casuals are probably the best out there these times, and because "the audience" doesn't spend much on video games, they'd buy the Nintendo games over Ubisoft for the sole reason that they are Nintendo. They'll buy the game because they saw the commercial with two Japanese guys. EDIT: @jhlennon1 |
EVERYONE knows that Nintendo games sell the most on Nintendo systems but Ubisoft clearly are making profit of these casual games and therefore will continue to make them. That is the way Ubisoft is, just like they make a lot of money with FPS games on the 360/PS3 so they are sending out FPS after FPS game to cash in. That is what the company does, they all do it.
No 3rd party is going to compete with Nintendo games sales on the Wii, whether they be hardcore or casual games. They know that as well, we all do.
And they are not going to lose support from a few million Wii fans, you just hope they will to teach them a lesson. Won't happen though. The games they are producing are such low budget that they don't need to sell millions to make profit, that is the issue.
LOL how depressing. They can't even make money with the 360/PS3. Makes you wonder why they don't just switch solely to the Wii. Oh wait maybe they will, once they realize where their money comes from.
LOL. They are making money on the 360, hence, Splinter Cell Conviction exclusive to be released next year...
Wii is not the only place to make money, Wii fans really need to get over that.
