Current gen Mario sales are around 85m I believe... The Sims has sold 100m, and with the older Sims games like SimCity, the franchise total is probably around 125m.
And then there's GTA, which I believe was at 75 or 80m before GTAIV launched. And FF is at least in the 75m+ range.
So there's a couple. Still, Mario is going to sell 100m games this gen with ease, which is still scary. By the end of this year, Mario and Sonic could become the 4th current-gen Mario game to reach 10m sold between Wii and DS.
