K2 will be mediocre at best... no split screen or Coop = not a complete shooter. Thats the best when a friend comes over to play games and has to sit there and wait his turn. Shooters like that are meant to be played with others. Playing only online is not the same as playing in someones living room. That game looked like it could have been a lot more.
SO4 is going to rock... That is all we need to know that the 360 has the better lineup.
