Since we're on a physics thread:

The angular momentum of a flywheel having a rotational inertia of 0.250 kg·m2 about its axis decreases from 3.40 to 0.600 kg·m2/s in 2.50 s.

(a) What is the average torque acting on the flywheel about its central axis during this period?
-1.12 N·m
(b) Assuming a uniform angular acceleration, through what angle will the flywheel have turned?
20 rad
( c ) How much work was done on the wheel?

Obviously, I got a & b but I can't seem to get c. Google has failed me in terms of the proper formulas.
