Unlikely, imo. Level 5 has been growing more and more independent as of late, publishing more and more of their own games. This would go against everything they've been aiming for over the past few years.
However, if Sony wasn't losing mad amounts of money, I could see them offering to buy Level 5, and for the right amount Hino might accept.
