if the rumor is true there's still the question of how many copies sold equal success and how much will it cost for them to be acquired.
just because they are willing to be bought out by someone, doesn't mean that they are going for free. sony might not be willing to put up the cash for them - especially if level 5 sells a ton of wkc and increase their own value because of it.
