I hate it when people say they stole the idea from Jin-Roh. Jin-Roh is one movie in a huge saga of movies, books, and radio shows.
The first movie with protect gear in it was a live action movie known as The Red Spectacles. It was released in 1987. It has been my favorite movie for almost 6 years now. A second live action movie came out called Stray Dog in 1991. Finally Jin-Roh came out in 2000.
I'ts a good movie and has been my favorite movie ever since I saw it in 2003, so it's stood its test of time. I was recomend it to people while working, unfortunatly we don't have it in stock. Many customers have Blockbuster online where they can get it there. Do not expect something action packed though. Also it is...quirky to say the least. It jumps from genre to genre. Just spreading the word. To me it's kind of like saying that all starwars games originated from The Phantom Menace.
