But this is exactly my point. Imagine an early Blu Ray adopter who wants to buy Hancock. No second disc. No interviews with the Fuc&!ng directors mother about how diligent he was during the "creative process" and how he's always been so gentle (Bless). No interviews with the cast twittering on about how "crazy" they all were during shooting ! No this guy just wants the 90 minute film in HD. Tough say the Blu Ray consortium. You bought the tech now be prepared to be fleeced at every turn. Its a mandatory 2 disc purchase for you. Weve got profit margins to hit for Gods sake. |
"Early adopter" was two years ago. This is NOW with the Hancock 2 disc Blu-ray version. And the same thing was and is NOW happening with DVD's, single version now - better version later. Your point is... pointless. It's all about choices. It's something I promote while it's something you deny. Also, go look on Amazon. Band of Brother DVD is a $1.50 less than the Blu-ray version. I'll pay the $1.50 extra to get the signifigantly superior version from all the reviews I have read.
Hackers are poor nerds who don't wash.
