Like any "system seller", or any game for that matter, it's more about the title/feature/movie/etc. that pushes the buyer over the edge. The straw that breaks the camels back. I'm sure someone out there will go, "Hey, you know what? I really liked that movie I wanna watch that and a bunch of other ones in HD, I may as well get a PS3 because I like games too."
Is it a "system seller" every thing in a lineup for every console contributes, but no it's not a "system seller".
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
