Honestly though you should take the drugs you were given, the combination should help you tremendously (as long as you don't have anything to do because the combination will make you pretty unable to get anything accomplished). Then again, you said you were drinking? Maybe tomorrow. Don't mix those with alcohol. The alcohol is far worse for you than any of those drugs.
