Meh, I wouldn't have bought it anyway. If they put DRM crap on it, that only means I'll aid the piracy movement (by seeding longer).
Kidding, I bought it on Wiiware. I'm curious as to how many sales they actually lost though, I'd bet far less than 90%. Still sucks of course, but just sounds pretty exaggerated.
