The gaming rules don't have to match the real world. Future gaming worlds will still have stupid rules like running around with 5 knife stabs en 2 bullets in your head. Anyway it's more fun to play this way. Although realistic games will still be around, I assume RB6 Soccom CSS players would love these realistic rules.
As for realism in terms of graphics
They will never be like real world in theory. I do believe that artists are on their way to fool our eyes. This will be accomplished within 10 years. Realistic physics are a lot harder even this generation they are plain simpel, compared to our world.
BTW building your own games=hardcore
