Last time I checked, Doug Lombardi told journalist they wanted to make something special for HL EP3, not just an upgrade of the engine and the new story. So I don't know when ... Late 2009, beginning 2010 I suppose...
I hope they will make a convincing link with Portal and Apperture Science

In between, I would like them to release a TF2 package (like they did with Portal Still Alive) with the new features already available on PC !
