Well, I can only once again say that I think you're in minority here. Most people that buy the Wii do not only see the controller. They see something that is 'fun'. To the people that actually buy the Wii, it's usually more about this than the controller. Of course, I don't know this to 100%, but this is one the points we have been arguing about here. This is how I think the regular person sees it.

I can definatly see how anyone with your view would drop the Wii like a bad habit at newton release, but I also think that most of you have never actually bought the Wii. But now I'm wandering out on really shaky ground, as I have no foundation at all for this.

So who is that regular person? I haven't read everything on this thread, but the title suggest that this is about wii/360 owners. I think I might actually be the regular person in that category. Or at least not an oddity. :p However if you were discussing just the "casual"* market, then I agree with you about that fun-part. :)

* I don't know a better word for that so... sorry if it offends someone. :P

You can't be

You don't own a Wii

Would it be so different if I would have bought one instead of considering? Well whatever.
