i personally dig achievements, its the best thing to ever happen to console gaming. if there weren't achievements i probably wouldn't play a game that much, so what i'm saying is replay value is important to me, i remember ps2 games once you beat it there weren't much incentive or reason or interest in replaying them over again, of course some games were fun to replay however rewarded little but not the case with 360's reward system so yea again achievements, trophies is best thing that happened.
