This is really not a position I like at all. They shouldn't have to release patch after patch... they should get it right the first time. Some of us do not have access to high speed internet and can't get these patches. What if a game is completely unplayable due to a glitch (or unfinishable)? What do we do now? Hell, poor quality control on games (remember ET the Game? was one of the causes of the 1980s gaming market crash, because consumers became weary of any game that was released.

If you can't download the patch, then you can't play online multiplayer anyways, so it doesn't matter in your case.
I haven't had anyone use the glitch in a match I was involved with, but some guys brought me into a private match where they were practicing to show me how to do it. There's a way in and out. I don't know how people figure these things out though, because it doesn't seem like something you would just stumble upon.
