Exactly.

We can easily spend lots of money for no reason at all now, by sending manned space-ships to the moon. We are simply stupid for not wasting more money on this.

Why send a machine for 1/5 of the price when you can send a human that can't do anything even close to as much?

 

 

Well, they are talking about going to Mars, so they might as well stop at the Moon on there way there.
