@ The Anarchyz,
It's only because the product is so good... we need it.

"Don't care if it breaks, give me another one... RIGHT F***** NOW!"

You know a product is good when people crave it, even if there is a major flaw.

Or the people are just dumb and like to waste money?

If that;s true, I guess you could say we are cheap. PS3 owners still pay ALOT more money for their console, sending a 360 in for a repair or 2 is free.

You (and other people) are constantly forgetting that the PS3 does more than games.  I bought it not only for the games, but for the Blu-ray playback since I'm a huge movie freak.  I also use it for MP3s.

Well, I can almost guarantee you that I am a bigger movie freak, but I have no intrest in blu-ray. Sure, a game system/blu-ray player is a great bargain, but for someone who would prefer movies that are 20-30$ cheaper, we'll stick with DVD. I think that is the current feeling among people as the economic crisis increases. I use my psp and xbox 360 as mp3 polayers PSP mostly though, as I don't like music unless an earbud is in my ears.

And that's the only thing I need is *this*. I don't need this or this. Just this PS4... And this gaming PC. - The PS4 and the Gaming PC and that's all I need... And this Xbox 360. - The PS4, the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360, and that's all I need... And these PS3's. - The PS4, and these PS3's, and the Gaming PC, and the Xbox 360... And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... I need this. - The Gaming PC and PS4, and Xbox 360, and thePS3's . Well what are you looking at? What do you think I'm some kind of a jerk or something! - And this. That's all I need.
