yeh the nintendoplaystation. it was so nintendo can compete with sega's cd drive. but it was never released. and since sony was already establishing itself as a game developer, they decided to make PS1.
nintendo sued sony because they wanted the rights for the name playstation, but they lost. this is one of the reasons why sony and nintendo had a lot of confict. even though nintendo's real competor was sega
