if you had cared to read the entire title of the game you would notice that it is not.
That is the ray man 2 you speak of right ?
This is the rayman 2 that was rated as a downloadable title.
Another thing, ofcourse they can make the ps3 emulate ps2 through software emulation. It just requires time and effort.
