Super Mario Bros - on the NES (I think that counts as a launch title?)
Was Tetris a launch title for the Gameboy?
Otherwise - probably Super Mario 64. Halo was also very good, and Wii Sports probably wins in terms of pushing the most hardware (but couldn't be considered by "us" to be the best "game").
