been playing it a while now, I can say after playing it more that it really feel different when you getting into the multiplayer. The maps are better and more detailed. It seems that strategies for fighting are much different in COD:WaW. I find sneaking around and moving slow very effective. In Cod4 the way the maps are layed you pretty much need to keep moving the entire time.
Great game, so similiar yet so different from COD4.... it is kinda weird.

Wii- 72 million 3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases
360- 37 million Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak
PS3- 29 million Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut
