Lets not forget LAIR has been pulled and is back in the development studio. If Sony know whats good for them, maybe they can delay the game for 6 months and fix ALL the issues.
Warhawk I can't really comment on.
Neither IMO will seriously help the PS3 cause. Much now depends on Heavenly Sword (getting good reviews), Uncharted & R&C.
