Microsoft's Shift in Focus

M$ got fined by the EU earlier in the year in the amount of $1.4billion (if they haven't paid that yet they've saved some money due to exchange rates. :P) but this was for the reason why they had the monopoly on internet browsers, they gave it away with windows, a product that was classed as separate and therefore there was no reason to find your own web browser. It was classed as an unfair use of one of their monopolies to create another.
